Willow Estates Retirement is a beautifully designed facility with pleasant furnishings featuring a home type atmosphere. Willow Estates Retirement is licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services to provide levels of care from residential to intensive assisted living. We have a well staffed facility so we can provide personalized care...yet large enough to offer a variety of social and recreational stimulation for the more active resident lifestyles.

Our purpose is to provide a positive environment where you can combine the independence you want with the security you need. Willow Estates Retirement has been in business for over 13 years and we are licensed to accommodate 50 residents. We will be able to accommodate up to 56 residents by the end of 2007.

We have maintained our great reputation by the love and quality of care we give to our residents, our clean and well kept facility, our certified and well-trained staff, quality of food, and our patience and understanding.

Admission Information and Resident Agreement Form
Our policy at Willow Estates Retirement is to provide assistance with activities of daily living. Residents must exhibit mental, physical, and emotional behavior that is acceptable to adult group living. A health examination is required in order to determine your capabilities for assisted living. We request your physician to give his assessment of your medical history, along with his recommendations. A TINE or Tuberculosis test is required within 30 days prior to entering. In case at some point later you feel like leaving our home, we require a 30 day notice. In case you require permanent nursing care or by mutual agreement with the administration, a prorated refund may be applicable.

Because we offer differing levels of care, our fees are based on the amount of assistance required by the resident. All services and ammenities listed are included in the monthly fee. Medications and personal need items are not included in this fee. Medications and personal need items are not included in this fee and are the responsibility of the resident. A $300 non-refundable application fee will be paid at the time of admission.
